RACI Role (parent)
The four communication-architecture roles for any decision the CDP touches:
- Informed (I). Kept up-to-date on the status of a project or job. Communication is typically one-way, occurring at completion of a task or milestone, rather than during the process.
- Accountable (A). The person or group who ultimately signs off and is answerable. They define requirements, provide resources, and do the final review.
- Responsible (R). Those who actually do the work. Actively engaged in the process and execute the tasks.
- Consulted (C). People whose opinions are sought, usually subject-matter experts, who provide input but do not work directly on implementation (source.overview-md).
Why the agent cares. When the user describes the situation, the RACI of CDP decisions determines who needs to be in the room. A CDP being chosen by a single Responsible role without an Accountable owner is a red flag the agent should surface.
