Adobe announced two complementary AI products on April 20, 2026.
CX Enterprise Coworker
An agentic AI solution for customer experience delivery. Core behaviors:
- Signal monitoring and real-time action: Monitors customer signals, recommends next-best actions, and executes experiences across channels in real time based on operator-defined goals.
- Open architecture: Built on MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agent2Agent open standards, enabling integration with AI platforms from AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, OpenAI, and NVIDIA.
- Human-in-the-loop: Human oversight is maintained throughout the execution model — the CX Enterprise Coworker does not act autonomously without operator guardrails.
- CDP integration: Operates across Adobe Experience Platform applications; integrates with Adobe Real-Time CDP to unify structured and unstructured customer data before decisioning.
Adobe Engagement Intelligence
A decisioning engine that functions as the intelligence layer powering the CX Enterprise Coworker. Designed to optimize for customer lifetime value (CLV) and to deliver personalization at scale.
