IAB Europe's official TCF hub confirming TCF v2.3 (launched April 2025) supersedes TCF v2.2, with a hard enforcement deadline of February 28, 2026 after which TC strings based on TCF 2.2 or earlier are technically invalid. TCF 2.3 adds a mandatory Disclosed Vendors mechanism to verify vendor disclosure to users.
