Adobe announced two new AI capabilities on April 20, 2026: (1) CX Enterprise Coworker — an agentic AI solution that monitors signals, recommends next-best actions, and executes experiences across channels in real time based on defined goals, built on MCP and Agent2Agent open standards with integrations to AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, OpenAI, and NVIDIA; (2) Adobe Engagement Intelligence — a decisioning engine optimized for customer lifetime value that powers personalization at scale. Both integrate with Adobe Real-Time CDP to unify structured and unstructured customer data. Human oversight is maintained throughout the CX Enterprise Coworker execution model.
